- Open the URL https://www.grnconnect.com/
- Click on the “Join Us” button to display the registration page.
- Fill in the mandatory details, such as agency name, email ID to register, phone contact, owner name, and address.
- Click on the “Create” button.
Once you click the “Create” button, an agency registration request is sent to the GRN back-office team. The back-office team will contact you by email or phone within 1-2 working days.
Q: How can I retrieve my password if I forgot it?
- Open the URL https://www.grnconnect.com/.
- Click on the “Forgot password” link, and a pop-up box will appear.
- Enter the email ID registered with GRN.
- Click on the “Send request” button. A password reset link will be sent to the specified email address.
- Follow the link sent to your email and enter the system-generated OTP on the login page.
- After verifying the OTP, you can create and save a new password. (it needs to be created with the combination of upper & lower, special character and numeric)
Q: I forgot my username and password. How can I recover them?
If you have forgotten both your username and password, please email to your assigned Sales representative/ GRN customer care team with your agency name and contact details. They will assist you in recovering your login credentials.
Q: Are there any charges for registration?
No, there are no charges for registering with GRNconnect. Registration is completely free of cost.
Q: Is a credit limit provided by GRN?
Yes, GRN provides a credit limit to agencies based on registration terms and conditions. Agency users can utilize this credit limit to make bookings. For further details on the credit limit, please contact your assigned sales representative.
